Access to our Site is permitted on a temporary basis, and we reserve the right to withdraw or amend the Service we provide on our Site without notice. Production and delivery time 
All macrame works from Mitu Makrame Webshop are made to order (serial - we repeat the same design), and we do not have ready-made works in advance. 

After you make a purchase and that payment is visible to us, we start making your macrame product.  The current production time is written in the header bar on the home page of our shop.

It's usually between 2 and 7 working days. (It varies depending on the current volume of products ordered and other factors that may affect our production time. So before buying, be sure to check the current production time). 

Pricing & Payment Payment Options               
We ship in Croatia and EU, and accept payments from these countries only. Possible methods of payments are:

• Credit/Debit cards provided by Stripe
• Direct Bank Transfer 

Currency
All orders will be processed in EURO €– VAT excluded. (Mitu Makrame, vl. Antonia Than Marić is not in the VAT system)
FIXED CONVERSION RATE: 1 EUR = 7,53450 HRK
The total cost of your order is the price of the products ordered plus delivery

Acceptable Credit / Debit Cards
We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Apple pay card payments. Our payment provider (STRIPE)
ensures complete confidentiality of your card data from the moment you use the payment form. Payment information is forwarded encrypted from your web browser to the bank that issued your card. Our store never comes into contact with complete information about your payment card.

Pricing and Payment
The price of the product (VAT excluded) will be the price indicated on the order pages when you placed your order. We take all reasonable care to ensure that the price of product advised to you is correct. It is always possible that, despite our best efforts, some of the products we sell may be incorrectly priced. We will normally check prices before accepting your order so that, where the product’s correct price at your order date is less than our stated price at your order date, we will charge the lower amount. If the product’s correct price at your order date is higher than the price stated, we will contact you for your instructions before we accept your order.
The prices are valid until the new price list is processed. The listed prices are valid only for the webshop and do not have to be the same as at other sales points in the Republic of Croatia.

Security
When purchasing on our Site, your financial details are passed through a secure server using the latest 128-bit SSL encryption technology which is the current industry standard. Contests, Sweepstakes & Promotions
Any contests, sweepstakes or other promotions (collectively, “Promotions”) made available through the Service may be governed by rules that are separate from these Terms. If you participate in any Promotions, please review the applicable rules as well as our Privacy Policy. If the rules for a Promotion conflict with these Terms, the Promotion rules will apply.

Cancellation
If you wish to cancel an order, you may do so by contacting us immediately. If the order has already been dispatched at the time of your cancellation request, we ask that you return the goods to us once they have been delivered, at your own cost using a traceable method at your own discretion. We cannot be responsible for any items sent back to us that do not arrive.

Description Of Products
Each product purchased is sold subject to its Product Description. We will take all reasonable care to ensure that all details, descriptions and prices of products appearing on the Web site are correct at the time when the relevant information was entered onto the system. Please note that our products are handmade so sometimes they can vary in appearance. This is the nature of handmade items and we feel this adds to their character and is not to be considered a flaw. Although we aim to keep the Web site as up to date as possible, the information, including Product Descriptions, appearing on this Web site at a particular time may not always reflect the position at the exact moment you place an order.

Refusal Of Transaction
We reserve the right to withdraw any products from this Website at any time and/or remove or edit any materials or content on this Web site. We may refuse to process a transaction for any reason or refuse service to anyone at any time at our sole discretion. We will not be liable to you or any third party by reason of our withdrawing any product from this Web site whether or not that product has been sold; removing or editing any materials or content on the Web site; refusing to process a transaction or unwinding or suspending any transaction after processing has begun.To be eligible to purchase products on this Website and lawfully enter into and form contracts on this Website under Croatian law you must:

• Please note that PO box numbers, hotels and accommodation addresses are not acceptable

Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. If you wish to terminate your account, you may simply discontinue using the Service.

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Croatia, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights. These Terms constitute the entire agreement between us regarding our Service, and supersede and replace any prior agreements we might have between us regarding the Service.

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material we will try to provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect.
